Help, the online course content does not work!

The most common cause of problem with videos in the DCC is a problem with your web browser- Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.

Try these troubleshooting steps first-
  1. If you have another web browser installed on your device, log into the DCC in that browser and see if the problem persists
  2. Try updating your web browser to the latest version
  3. Try resetting your web browser to its default settings

If after trying all of these steps, the videos still will not load, try logging into the DCC on a different device. If that works, then another setting on your primary device is likely the cause of the problem.

If you still cannot load the videos in the DCC, contact, and please include the name of the web browser and the version number that you are using, as well as the type of device (laptop/desktop/tablet/mobile phone).
