The U.S. Soccer Coaching Department routinely fields queries regarding programs and services that we offer. Here are some frequently asked questions and answers from the Coaching Department. I cannot proceed to the questions after watching a video assignment.

Some assignments consist of a video, followed by checks for understanding in the form of multiple choice questions. In these cases, it is required that you watch the full duration of the video before the system will allow you to proceed to the questions.

If, after completing a video, you are unable to proceed to the questions, try these steps to fix the problem:
  1. Try a different web browser. If your web browser has an outdated Flash plugin, it may not detect that you have completed the video. Best results are usually seen in Google Chrome.
  2. Log out of the DCC and log back in and try again.
  3. Clear your web browser's temporary files.
If you still have trouble, use the link on the right to submit a help request, or contact your course administrator.
