The U.S. Soccer Coaching Department routinely fields queries regarding programs and services that we offer. Here are some frequently asked questions and answers from the Coaching Department. What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Applicants are not required to pay when submitting an application. If an applicant is selected and invited to register, they have the opportunity to decline the invitation. Applicants should not accept an invitation and register if they are not fully committed to the duration and requirements of the course. Once an applicant completes registration, U.S. Soccer will begin investing time and resources in the applicant. In the event an applicant cancels their attendance, U.S. Soccer may not be able to replace them in the course.
