If you are having trouble accessing your account, you can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password?" on the login screen.
- If you no longer have access to the email address that you used on your account, it is very important that you do not create a second account with a different address. Please follow these steps to regain access to your account, and the email address on your account can be changed by an administrator.
- You must enter the correct email address and date of birth from your profile. If you enter mismatching information, you will see a red error message. This means that your account has a different email address or date of birth, or, you do not have an account.
- If you enter the correct email address and date of birth, you will see a green message at the bottom of your screen, and the email has been sent. The password reset email is typically delivered in less than 5 minutes, but delivery speeds may vary depending on your email provider. Please make sure to check your spam or junk email folders for the message if it does not appear in your inbox.
If, after these various steps, you are still unable to access your account, please contact U.S. Soccer at email@example.com, or click "Submit a request" on the right side of this page.
